Go to your Dashboard, click "New Project", fill in the details, add your website URL or upload PDFs, and click "Build Knowledge Base". Your chatbot will be ready in minutes!
You can train your chatbot using website URLs (we crawl the content automatically) or by uploading PDF documents. Both sources are processed and converted into a searchable knowledge base.
Go to your project's "Embed" tab. Copy the provided script tag and paste it into your website's HTML, just before the closing </body> tag. The chat widget will appear automatically.
Yes! You can customize the bot name, welcome message, primary color, and starter suggestions from the project settings. More customization options are coming soon.
