• Create custom AI chatbots trained on their website content
• Upload PDF documents to build knowledge bases
• Embed chatbots on external websites
• Access analytics and manage chatbot configurations

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

You agree not to use the Service to:

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI-generated responses provided by chatbots created through our Service are for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that Chatful AI is not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI-generated responses.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatful AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
